Hire Requirements

If you have any specific requirements please call, we are a family business and can often fit in around your needs.

What times of year can I hire a bouncy castle?

• Inside venues (Village halls, community halls, sports halls, nursery's etc) are supplied all year round.
• Outside venues (Homes and gardens, school fetes, village fetes etc) are supplied from the first weekend in April to last weekend in September.

Where do you deliver?

• Delivery is to Worcester (Worcestershire), Droitwich and out towards the surrounding local areas such as Lower Broadheath, Rushwick, Powick, Kempsey, Norton, Crowle, Tibberton, Ombersley and Holt.
• Locations such as Stourport, Great Witley, Whitbourne, Leigh Sinton, Malvern, Severn Stoke, Pershore, Pinvin, Kington and Wychbold are outside our normal delivery area but occasionally possible. Delivery to places such as Redditch, Kidderminster, Evesham are very unlikely except during weekdays off season.
• We hope to increase our delivery area over the years, but our main priority is maintaining our reliability.

How much and what type of area do I need?

• It must be a clean, level and flat grassed area.
• After the castle size there must be a clear area of at least 3ft grassed area at the back and each side and 5ft in front the castle.
• You must inform us if you do not have the correct space.

What access is needed and what about power?.

• Access to the garden via a gate, side entrance or garage (not through the house) - let us know if it is any different so we can plan ahead.
• The sack truck together with the bouncy castle are similar in width and bulk to a fully loaded garden wheelbarrow, if the access would be too small for a wheelbarrow you must let us know.
• A few small steps are fine but a large flight of steps can cause problems - again you must let us know in advance.
• Power point within 50metres of the castle location (we have a petrol generator if needed but its £25).

What is included in the hire price?

• The price includes local delivery, collection, mat, rain cover, castle, blower, extension lead and circuit breaker. (Basically there are no other fees!!)
• The hire price is one off charge per hire for that day. Its is not based on an hourly rate.

What times do you deliver and collect?

• For hall bookings we will arrange with you to deliver and collect within the times you have hired the hall. We will make sure we are finished before the guest's arrive and collect after the party has finished.
• For home or garden party's our delivery round is between 8:30am-11:30am and collection from 5:00pm - 8:30pm. Your delivery and collection times can be arranged with you when you book the castle.
• We would not deliver last and collect first unless specifically requested to do so.

• We will also call you on the Friday before the weekend to say hello and make sure you are ready for the castle! For weekday bookings we call the day before.
