Public Liability Insurance

Please be aware that no insurance replaces the responsibility of the customer to supervise the children using the castle. However Public Liability does cover against potentially serious accidents that no-one can guard against caused by equipment failure or anomalous weather conditions.

We always carry a full and current policy for Public Liability Insurance.

We also carry up-to-date inspection certificates for each and every one of our castles. This is required to make the insurance valid and that the castles are safe and comply with the latest health and safety guidelines.

A reputable castle company should always be able to show you a copy of their insurance and castle test certificates (castle MOT's). These are issued from new and indicate the castle design and condition meets health & safety guidelines.

It is important to realise that Public Liability Insurance also covers property damage. Many Schools, Halls and Charities are unable to accept castles on their properties unless they can confirm the castle company has valid insurance.
